2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet by Applied Nutrition Review
If you are ready to dedicate only two weeks to a fairly intense weight loss program (it’s not called a bootcamp for nothing!), then the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet might be perfect for you.
2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet Details
This diet pill program is made by Applied Nutrition, a company that seeks to created products that are science-based and to “exceed the highest standards for quality and purity.”
As you might expect from a company that seeks to use pure ingredients, most of what is found in 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet is natural.
Interestingly, 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet is not just a diet pill. It is actually a diet pill program that involves four different pills used at various times throughout the day: the Fat Burner, Carb-Blocker, Colon Flush, and Bloat-Less.
The Applied Nutrition website claims that the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet was designed by a doctor and can produce weight loss results that you will be able to notice in no more than two weeks.
One thing that we like about the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet is that it is meant to be used in addition to a low-calorie diet as well as a regular exercise plan.
To help users do this, the website has a diet and exercise program that can be followed by dieters who are not yet cutting calories or exercising. This is fantastic because a lot of the time, it is hard to know what exercises or foods are good to implement while trying to lose weight.
Another thing that we really like about the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet is that it is very available and affordable.
It can be found at Harmon Stores, Rite Aid, and Walgreens for only $20. A lot of diet pills can be very expensive, but $20 is something that fits in most consumers’ price range. This is good news because if you try it and don’t love the results it produces, you aren’t out a lot of money.
There are a few things that we don’t love about the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet. First of all, some of the menus that are posted on the Applied Nutrition website are a little unreasonable.
For example, for dinner one day, it explains that you should eat 6 crackers, 1 cup low-fat cottage-cheese, and ½ ounce mixed nuts. We don’t know about you, but this looks a lot more like a snack than a full-fledged meal. If you are planning on following the diet plan to the very last detail, you might find yourself crazy for more calories after only a few days.
In addition, the fact that the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet requires taking four different products a day (for a total of 8 tablets in one day) is a bit extreme. Even if the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet is effective, this is a lot of pills to juggle in one day.
Not only this, but three of the four products (the Fat Burner, Colon Flush, and Bloat-Less) are made almost entirely of proprietary blends. This means that even if there are ingredients that aid in weight loss, it is not likely that there is enough to actually cause you to lose weight.
Because of the proprietary blends, four different products, and difficult calorie guidelines, we do not recommend the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet by Applied Nutrition. If you still are curious and want to try it, however, let us know how it goes for you!
