There are many ingredients included in African Mango Plus that are worth the attention of the masses.
The main ingredient, Irvingia Gabonensis- also known as African Mango, has been researched for almost 20 years. It is scientifically proven to suppress your appetite, speed up your metabolism, and can increase your energy. The native hunters of West Africa have been eating this fruit for the past hundreds of years because of their valuable nutrients. No wonder Dr. Oz is a fan.
Other main ingredients included in African Mango Plus are Green Tea Extract and Caffeine. These ingredients also been proven to help with weight loss because they also speed up the metabolism and stabilize cholesterol levels.
There are some minor ingredients like Chromium, a trace mineral that helps you maintain fat storage and energy use; L-Theanine, a natural stress reliever; and EGCG, a potent antioxidant.
Are there side effects from African Mango Plus?
For the most part, African Mango Plus is a pretty safe product. There are no major side effects or risks associated with these ingredients, but there are some things to be mindful of.
African Mango can be a wonderful ingredient, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself a little more gassy than usual. Gas is a sign that your body is detoxing. You may also get headaches caused by your decreased caloric intake and improper hydration.

Also, 400mg of Caffeine and Green Tea is recommended for results and this product only has about half that.
It might be worth a try, but I would suggest that you wait for the next ticket to that celebrity body.
