African Mango Plus Review

With so many media sources crowding our ears with celebrity gossip, news, and what the next big thing is, what do you listening to and who do you trust? It’s hard these days to know who is trying to tell you truth and who just wants your money.
It’s even harder to find your way through the weight loss world. There are scams and fake testimonials everywhere. Who can you believe?

Well, African Mango Plus claims to have the support of many celebrities and television networks. Dr. Oz, from The Dr. Oz show on NBC, even endorses the use of African Mango. If you could take something to get you closer to a celebrity body, then why wouldn’t you want to try it?

Glancing at the ingredients will provide you with more of an insight as to who if you can really trust the endorsements that this website claims.

African Mango Plus Ingredients

There are many ingredients included in African Mango Plus that are worth the attention of the masses.

The main ingredient, Irvingia Gabonensis- also known as African Mango, has been researched for almost 20 years. It is scientifically proven to suppress your appetite, speed up your metabolism, and can increase your energy. The native hunters of West Africa have been eating this fruit for the past hundreds of years because of their valuable nutrients. No wonder Dr. Oz is a fan.

Other main ingredients included in African Mango Plus are Green Tea Extract and Caffeine. These ingredients also been proven to help with weight loss because they also speed up the metabolism and stabilize cholesterol levels.

There are some minor ingredients like Chromium, a trace mineral that helps you maintain fat storage and energy use; L-Theanine, a natural stress reliever; and EGCG, a potent antioxidant.

Are there side effects from African Mango Plus?

For the most part, African Mango Plus is a pretty safe product. There are no major side effects or risks associated with these ingredients, but there are some things to be mindful of.

African Mango can be a wonderful ingredient, but don’t be surprised if you find yourself a little more gassy than usual. Gas is a sign that your body is detoxing. You may also get headaches caused by your decreased caloric intake and improper hydration.

Because of the amount of caffeine in this product, equal to three cups of coffee, you might have a hard time sleeping if you take it too close to bed time. It is also wise to consult a doctor before taking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Because of the ingredients, it might be tempting to jump on the African Mango bandwagon, but I don’t know if African Mango Plus is the wagon for you. Recent studies show that you need 300mg of African Mango for it to be an effective supplement. African Mango Plus only has 150mg. Also, 400mg of Caffeine and Green Tea is recommended for results and this product only has about half that.

It might be worth a try, but I would suggest that you wait for the next ticket to that celebrity body.

An appetite sueanpssprt will help you in staying with better food choices (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, no white sugar or starches) and also help to improve your energy level so that you are motivated to exercise. Phentermine (Tenuate) is a common prescription choice that you can talk to your doctor about.
