Arbonne Weight Loss Program Review
Arbonne Weight Loss Program, also known as Figure 8 or Arbonne Essentials, is made to help you to lose more weight using a dietary program of meal replacements, and it will supposedly have your physic summer ready in less than a month.
Arbonne Weight Loss Program has meals, snacks, cookies, drinks, and just about everything else you could possibly think of in order to lose more weight – which seems pretty convenient if you’re looking for a fresh start and don’t know where to begin when it comes to counting calories and planning meals.
Additionally, Arbonne Weight Loss Program manufacturers claims that you will finally be able to change your lifestyle and learn new things about your triggers and how you can lose weight and keep it off!
They talk about the best tasting options in the business -but most importantly, does it work?
What it has to offer
There are 10 products in the Figure 8 Line, each aimed toward helping dieters lose more weight. It covers everything from meal replacements to fiber supplements. When used in combination with an 8 week weight loss challenge, you should see some positive results.
Their three main blends include:
Going Going Gone: which offers garcinia cambogia, green tea extract, and forslean – all of which promote fat burning.
Figure 8 Daily Detox tea: which offers a unique blend of milk thistle, couch grass root, sarsparilla root, and Burdock Root. Milk Thistle is known for lowering cholesterol levels and Burdock may help kill germs – but these ingredients do not necessarily promote weight loss. It’s a cleanse, not a fat burner.
NRG GO3 Fizzing Tablets: which contains Chromium, Green Tea, and Guarana. All three ingredients are proven to suppress appetite, and both Green tea and Guarana contain caffeine for increasing energy levels.
Arbonne Weight Loss Program meal replacements also include ready-to-drink protein shakes; on-the-go weight loss chews, chewy caramel and chocolate flavors; go anywhere fiber boost; ready, set, go- chocolate set; ready, set, go-vanilla set; and a go easy protein shake.
There are also topical treatments such as Water Relief Treatment Serum and Contouring Cellulite Cream which are designed to improve the appearance of your skin, but don’t necessarily give you the toned look you’re hoping for.
The Weight Loss Challenge
This diet is an eight-week program that incorporates Arbonne’s top formulas alongside healthy recipes and exercise programs. The company offers numerous online tools to help you keep track of your goals, including food diaries and a chat board.
Yes, as with many meal replacements, they partition calories so that you will lose weight if you eat only the prescribed amounts. However, unless you start teaching yourself how to sustain a healthy diet, the weight will come right back on as soon as you’re finished with the challenge and start eating regularly again.
Buying the Program
If you buy the ingredients separately, it may cost you anywhere from $14 (for the tea) up to $45 or more (for the Going, Going Gone). If you want to buy the whole program, then be prepared to invest over $87 dollars for just the top three products, and even more if you want the seven other products for weight loss.
Who is Arbonne?
Arbonne Weight Loss international has been around since the 1980s and started out selling swiss cosmetic and weight loss products. As the company grew more popular, it added additional formulas for improving skin as well as fighting signs of old age.
Unlike other manufacturers, Arbonne does not use tocix chemicals in their products, nor do they test on animals.
However, consumers should keep in mind that Arbonne is a multi-level marketing business, and many consumers are turned off by their business approach. The prices tend to be much higher than products of a similar nature, and due to the nature of MLM business, I can’t help but question testimonials about their products – whether or not they’re real or simply another member trying to make a quick buck.
For many consumers, Arbonne Weight Loss Program offers the pieces success. Although expensive, the products combined with a healthy eating program has helped many dieters reach their weight loss goals.
On the flip side, many consumers complained that small, low-calorie meals and portions are not very satisfying – making it difficult to stick to just the diet products and recommended foods for weight loss.
Additionally, many have also complained about the actual taste of the food.
Arbonne Weight Loss Program is not a product of any type that I would recommend. Although it has potential, the formulas are not all that impressive and the price is far out of range if you want to get the full benefits that it has to offer.
It’s a temporary, fad diet, and unless you’re willing to incorporate the basic principles of cutting calories and eating healthy meals into your daily routine, then the weight isn’t going to stay off. I would definitely recommend that you find something else.
