Lipotrophin-PM

Lipotrophin-PMThe idea behind Lipotrophin-PM is actually more scientific than you might think. It sounds hyped up, the idea of losing weight as you sleep. But studies have shown that people who get more sleep are more likely to maintain a healthy weight. Add actual fat burning and weight loss ingredients to that mix and we could definitely see the idea of Lipotrophin-PM being plausible when combined with diet and exercise of course. Lipotrophin-PM suggests that even though it doesn’t have sleep aids, because who wants to be groggy in the morning, it does use a stimulant free approach that can improve your natural circadian rhythm and sleep patterns. There is also supposedly an AM formula to match, but there are quite a few who will only use the PM formula. Because of this, we review Lipotrophin-PM on its own.

Lipotrophin-PM Ingredients

Lipotrophin-PM uses a pretty basic combination of Green tea, Mucuna pruriens, Bacopa monniera, and Banaba extract.

Does Lipotrophin-PM Work?

Lipotrophin-PM uses a pretty simple blend of ingredients, and while it’s not particularly unique, it does have a potentially valid approach. Lipotrophin-PM uses mood lifters and nootropics that also happen to lift mood and improve serotonin levels. While ingredients like Mucuna pruriens don’t directly improve sleep, less stress and less anxiety does for many, which is exactly what these ingredients provide. Some also extend this to weight loss, in part because there are some antidepressants that do seem to reduce appetite, but we find it would be more closely related to stress eating habits.

Lipotrophin-PM does have one ingredient specifically meant to promote weight loss: green tea. It’s not exactly the best ingredient for a nighttime formula considering the fact that green tea is almost as well known for its caffeine as its healthy antioxidants. There are absolutely some people who won’t see a single side effect. However, studies have shown that a lot of people do, especially when it concerns sleep.

Possible Side Effects

Lipotrophin-PM is better made for daytime use because of the fact that it has green tea. It uses nootropic ingredients that improve mood, but don’t actually act as sedatives. You don’t have to worry about that. The only major contradiction is the caffeine, which can cause headaches, jitteriness, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, indigestion, nausea, dizziness, anxiety, facial flushing, insomnia, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, and an elevated heartbeat.

Conclusion

We’re not sure what the AM formula looks like. But Lipotrophin-PM looks a lot like a daytime formula to us. It has clinically proven ingredients, and it definitely has good reviews, though there are quite a few that report jitteriness and other common caffeine side effects. If you can handle a little caffeine and you use Lipotrophin-PM during the daytime, we definitely see it as a plausible option.
