MacroLean seems to have popped up overnight and lots of people have questions about it. The big ones are answered here.

Is It Safe?

Yes. MacroLean doesn’t involve anything that is going to harm you. In fact, all the ingredients it uses are natural. (Although that doesn’t always mean safe. In this case however, it’s okay). MacroLean is made up of vitamin C, Echinacea, Safflower Petals, Burdock Root, Parsley Root, Bladder Wrack, Black Walnut Hulls, Licorice Root, Fennel Seed, Papaya Leaf, and Hawthorn Berries.

If you are like us, you are not used to seeing some of those ingredients in products, and you probably had to go look up Bladder Wrack just to find out what it was.

Does It Work?

This is a trickier question than the safety issue. MacroLean has been shown to result in a 13 pound loss over a three week period, but it also doesn’t include any ingredients that are proven to result weight loss. That doesn’t mean it won’t achieve that end, but it does make it more questionable. Some things, like chromium are proven to burn fat. Others, like Cayenne pepper, are know to increase metabolic rates and achieve the same end. Since MacroLean doesn’t use any of these tried-and-true things, it leaves a lot of room for doubt.

However, like we said, results have been reported in those who have tried MacroLean, so we can’t wholly disregard its potential as a weight loss pill. When combined with a good work out and the right kind of diet, it could serve to add that extra edge to getting a desirable shape.

Conclusion

You are more than welcome to try MacroLean. It won’t hurt, but it isn’t proven to do any good either. The important thing to remember is that no matter what supplement you use, exercising and eating right do the majority of the work when it comes to weight loss.
