RealDose Weight Loss Formula No. 1 Review
No matter which weight loss site you go to, RealDose.com is popping up all over the place. In ad corners and at the bottom of Google searches, affiliate links for RealDose Nutrition and its leading product Weight Loss Formula No. 1 are taking the internet by storm!
Although I typically don’t like to give into spam ads and overly-hyped diet pill advertisements, RealDose Nutrition first intrigued me with over-the-top claims to remove “all four fat burning hormonal barriers,” supposedly making it easier to turn food into energy rather in half.
When compared to leading products such as Fenphedrine, Weight Loss Formula No. 1 offers fewer ingredients for the same price. Could this mean that you get higher concentrations or better results? I decided to dig a little deeper into what makes this product really tick.
A closer look at the label would reveal that Weight Loss Formula No.1 is divided into four unique, weight loss blends, and the concentrations are listed in their exact amounts as well.
Hormone Balancing Blend: This blend is made up of two ingredients known as Dolichos Biflorus and Betel. Both herbs are native to Southeast Asia and will supposedly boost adiponectin and lower ghrelin to help you burn more fat and feel less hungry.
There are no clinical studies on either of these ingredients, and though they have long been used as tribal remedies to boost energy levels, more often than not, they tend to result in more negative side effects than actual weight loss.
Svetol: Svetol is a patented form of green coffee extra, which may be able to inhibit the absorption of fat in the liver. There are numerous studies demonstrating the effectiveness of green coffee bean extract for weight loss, and in 2006, a study demonstrated that this ingredient may be able reduce blood pressure in both rats and humans.
Siberian Rhodiola Rosea: Rhodiola is traditional cure-all for a wide variety of issues due to its adaptogenic properties. According to WebMD, Rhodiola may be able to improve symptoms of depression after 6 weeks of use.
BioPerine: Despite RealDose’s claims that BioPerine is a thermonutrient (aka a food that burns fat), this ingredient is not strong enough to produce any weight loss results. Instead, Bioperine acts synergistically with other ingredients to increase their absorption.
Weight Loss Formula No. 1 comes in convenient and easy-to-use “VegiCapsules” that are meant to be taken 3 times a day, at least 30 minutes before meals. The capsules aren’t too difficult to swallow, which is nice, and when taken correctly, a single bottle can last up to 30 days.
Consumer reviews involving Weight Loss Formula No. 1 were surprisingly negative about the customer service with this product, many complained that the Dr. Sisskind was too busy to answer any questions and if they get your email address, they “spam you to death.”
While Weight Loss Formula No.1 definitely has some potential for increasing energy levels and decreasing appetite, its over-the-top advertising and poor customer service might not be worth the effort of investment.
If you’re looking for a more reliable and more effective all-natural supplement, then Fenphedrine definitely comes out on top. Unlike Fenphedrine which only claims to alter hunger hormones, Fenphedrine actually follows through by interacting with CART and NPY via clinically proven ingredients for weight loss.
Additionally, their customer service is amazing and their 90-day guarantee is definitely hard to beat, but if you’re still not convinced, we suggest reading more at the official Fenphedrine website.
