• IGOB13 (or Irvingia Gabonensis seed extract)— Irvingia Gabonensis is actually a quality weight loss ingredient, clinically proven in trial to prevent the body from storing fat, and even breaking down the fat you’re wearing, so it can be efficiently burned.
• Cayenne Pepper—because Cayenne Pepper is hot and spicy, diet pills companies have jumped on this inexpensive ingredient for its “metabolic booster powers.” Unfortunately there is no clinical proof that Cayenne aids metabolism or fat burning. Cayenne is an excellent blood purifier however.
• Green Tea Extract—a fantastic ingredient, Green Tea has been clinically proven to render weight loss results. It does this two ways—Green Tea contains natural caffeine to raise metabolic rate, and also contains EGCG’s that oxidize fat, breaking it down for burning as fuel and revealing lean muscle. Green Tea in addition offers high volumes of antioxidants which heal and prevent free radical damage. This can help counter the effects of disease and aging.
Red Shred also contains:
• Chromium 50 mcg—Chromium is another clinically proven weight loss ingredient. A proven blood sugar regulator, Chromium actually stops carbs and sugars from being stored as fat, and helps decrease cravings for sweets. In clinical trial test subjects ate 365 less calories a day using Chromium.
